Arenal Poshpacker Boutique Urban Tropical Hotel - La Fortuna

I had such a great stay at this hotel in La Fortuna! the staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English, making my stay easy and comfortable. They were always there to help me with anything I needed, a special shoutout to Rodrigo for going above and beyond. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of all the action. I had plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and it was so convenient for accessing all the attractions in the area. Lastly, the rooms were kept impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and AC to ensure a restful night's sleep. Plus, the breakfast provided was a great way to start the day.

All in all, everything was absolutely fine during my stay.

The outdoor spaces were beautiful, with a pool and hammocks to relax in. The woman at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, always answering my questions with a smile. The bar at the hostel was a fun place to hang out and meet other travelers. I highly recommend this hostel!

The noise from pool parties near the bar could sometimes get quite loud in the evenings, making it difficult to relax. the WiFi in my room was a bit patchy, forcing me to rely on my mobile data instead.

Great amenities and location. The pool area was a relaxing spot to chill and you could also use the kitchen for your meals. The fresh towels, air conditioning and peaceful atmosphere were appreciated.

The room was too small for 3 people and their luggage. , some basic amenities like hangers, shelves, and proper maintenance were missing.
